# Pre-Launch Fix-It Prompt

You are an expert web developer and UX specialist. Please review and fix the following outstanding pre-launch issues on this website:

- **Logo is uploaded and displays correctly** — Check it looks sharp on both desktop and mobile.
- **Business name is correct throughout** — Check the header, footer, page titles and any intro copy.

- **No placeholder text remains** — Search for "Lorem ipsum" or any dummy content left behind.

## SEO
- **Every page has a unique title tag** — Keep titles under 60 characters and include your business name.
- **Meta descriptions are written for key pages** — Under 160 characters, describe what the page offers and include a keyword.
- **Each page has one clear H1 heading** — The H1 should describe the page topic and include a relevant keyword.
- **All images have descriptive alt text** — Decorative images can have empty alt text — meaningful ones need a description.
- **Favicon is set and displays in the browser tab** — A small but important trust signal.
- **Sitemap is generated or available** — Helps Google find and index all your pages.

## Trust & Credibility
- **Privacy Policy page exists** — Required by law if you collect any personal data (including contact forms).
- **Terms of Use page exists** — Sets out the rules for using your site.
- **Cookie notice or banner is in place** — Required under GDPR if you use cookies or tracking.
- **Site loads over HTTPS (SSL is active)** — Look for the padlock in the browser bar — essential for trust and SEO.
- **At least one testimonial or review is visible** — Social proof dramatically increases conversion rates.
- **Phone number is easy to find** — Ideally in the header or hero section, not just the contact page.

## User Experience
- **Site looks great on mobile** — Test on a real phone — not just a browser resize.
- **Navigation is clear and works on all devices** — Every link goes to the right page. Mobile menu opens and closes correctly.
- **All forms submit correctly** — Test your contact form — does it send? Do you receive the message?
- **No broken links or 404 errors** — Click every link in the navigation and footer.
- **404 error page is set up** — Visitors who land on a missing page should be guided back, not abandoned.
- **Pages load quickly** — If pages feel slow, images may need compressing.
- **Page scrolling is smooth** — No unexpected jumps or layout shifts as the page loads.

## Performance
- **Images are appropriately sized** — Large images slow pages down. Hero images should be under 500KB where possible.
- **Off-screen images load lazily** — Images below the fold should only load when the user scrolls to them.
- **Custom fonts load without a flash** — If text flickers or changes on load, the font loading needs attention.

## Legal & Compliance
- **GDPR compliance considered** — If you collect names, emails or any personal data, you need a lawful basis.
- **Copyright notice in the footer** — Include the year and your business name — e.g. © 2025 Andy's Airo Toolkit.
- **All images are properly licensed** — Don't use images from Google Images — use licensed stock or your own photos.
